with your spa
Within 7 days of delivery, if a customer is not satisfied
with their new spa FunWater Hot Tubs will exchange it for
a new model of equal value.
Shopping
on the customers time schedule
FunWater will open by appointment whenever it is convenient
for the customer. Deliveries will also be done when it is
convenient for the customer.
Try
it before you buy it
FunWater will allow the customer to "test"
soak any hot tub they choose
before the purchase. Ask
us about the test soak challenge.
Free
one time move
FunWater will move the customer's hot tub one free time with
in a 20-mile radius of the original delivery site. (Does not
include in ground spas.)
Referral
Program
Existing customers who refer a new customer to FunWater Hot
Tubs will receive a $50.00 gift certificate upon referral
purchase of a hot tub. The certificate will be good for anything
in the store.
Installation
of Accessories
At the initial delivery of the hot tub, FunWater will install
accessories, which correspond with Caldera Spas at no additional
charge. This includes cover lifters, ozonaitors, injectors
or other attachable items to the hot tub.
In
home orientation
Customers who purchase a Caldera Spa receive an in home orientation
and proper chemical application for the new tub.
